On February 28th, Aurora Concepts will be on CISD campuses to give immunizations to students.
All insurance policies will be verified. If you plan to pay out of pocket, please submit the information and put "NA" in the insurance blanks. Without insurance immunizations are $10 each. Those who are 19 years old and older without insurance will need to pay for immunizations at a self pay adult price.
Information for Seniors and Dual Credit Students:
MCV4 – required for colleges
Men B – a 2 shot series that is the optional 5 h strain of meningitis
6th grade – Mcv4, Tdap required; HPV optional
The deadline to register is February 25, 2022.
