It is Teacher Appreciation Week and we would like to honor CISD Teachers past and present by asking the community to share your stories!

“My pre-k son has been so fortunate to be in Dana's class. He has struggle with potty training and she has been so supportive, and encouraging. She treats him like her own, calling him "Baby" & "Sweetie". I know when he goes to her room he will be loved on, and that means more to me than him learning his letters and numbers. By the way, he has learned more than I could have imagined in such a short time. He comes home and tells me the most amazing things that I didn't think any 4/5 year old would know. We are blessed to call Mrs. McAlister our pre-k teacher.”

"She goes above and beyond for her kids daily and my child loves learning because of her! We love Mrs.McAlister! She has made our first year of school so much fun! She has a heart of gold and she truly cares and loves each one of her students big! Emerson has learned so much this year and we couldn’t say enough great things about her or Mrs. Pickle! We are going to miss them next year!!"
