Carthage ISD is excited to welcome students and families for the 2026–2027 school year! Online student registration is now open through Parent Portal, and all students must complete the registration process prior to the start of school.
Families can access the registration portal by visiting:

The registration webpage includes Parent Portal access, instructions for creating an account for new families, registration resources, and campus contact information if assistance is needed.
Returning Carthage ISD Students
Returning families should complete registration using their existing Parent Portal account.
Please do not register your student as a new student if they are simply transitioning from one Carthage ISD campus to another. Existing student information will be updated during the registration process.
New and Returning-to-Carthage ISD Students
Families enrolling a student who is new to Carthage ISD or returning after previously attending another district should complete New Student Registration through Parent Portal.
The following documents will be required:
Proof of Residency (current utility bill showing parent/guardian name and address)
Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Student Birth Certificate
Student Social Security Card
Current Immunization Record
Withdrawal Form from Previous School (if applicable)
While registration can be completed on a smartphone, Carthage ISD recommends using a computer or tablet for the best experience.
