Mrs. Harkrider has been serving Carthage ISD for the past three years, making a difference through her work as both a reading intervention aide and a Kindergarten aide. In each role, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting student learning and helping young learners build a strong foundation for success.
Known across campus as a true go-getter, Mrs. Harkrider is dependable, proactive, and always ready to step in wherever she is needed. Teachers trust that when they call on her, she will be there, prepared and willing to help meet the needs of their students and classrooms.
Her impact extends beyond the tasks she completes each day. Mrs. Harkrider has built meaningful relationships with students, creating a warm and encouraging environment where they feel supported and valued. She brings a genuine heart for children into everything she does, making her a perfect fit for the Carthage Primary campus.
