Dear Primary Parents,
This letter is to inform you about how we will be distributing placement information for the upcoming school year! Please read the specifics below...
If your child's last name begins with an A-L, you will come to the school on Monday, July 26 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to pick up your child's enrollment packet for the 2021-2022 school year. If your child's last name begins with an M-Z, you will come to school on Tuesday, July 27 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to pick up your child's enrollment packet for the 2021-2022 school year. I encourage you to come to the school that day prepared to stay on campus and complete the enrollment packet BEFORE you leave. Upon turning in a COMPLETED packet, you will receive your child's placement letter for the upcoming school year. This letter will have your child's classroom teacher listed on it along with pertinent information about "Meet-the-Teacher", Parent Orientation, and the first day of school! Again, you will not receive your child's 2021-2022 classroom assignment until you turn in a completed enrollment packet.
If you must take your packet with you and return it at a later date, that is totally fine. You simply will not get your child's placement information until the completed packet is returned to the office. As a reminder, our summer office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Our offices are closed on Fridays!
