Chocolate Sheet Cake

Mix & bring to a boil:
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup Crisco
4 T. cocoa
1 cup water
Remove from heat immediately.
Combine together:
2 cups sugar & 2 cups flour
Add to cocoa mixture & mix until smooth.
Mix 1 tsp. baking soda into 1/2 cup buttermilk
Add 2 beaten eggs & 1 tsp. vanilla & the buttermilk mixture to cake batter.
Stir until blended
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Icing
Heat:
1 stick oleo
4-6 T. milk
3 T. cocoa
Add - 1 box powdered sugar, 1tsp. vanilla & 1 cup nuts
Spread over warm NOT hot, cake.
