3 cups Mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
TOPPING:
1 cup Rice Krispies
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
Mix all well and place in baking dish. Bake @ 425 for 15 minutes.
Topping: Mix and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Return to oven; cook for
15 minutes @ 375. Enjoy!
