Mozzarella Dip

8 ounces Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pint mayonnaise
8 ounces sour cream
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1 tablespoon parsley
½ tablespoon Accent
 ¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt

            Mix Mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Stir in mayo and sour cream. Add the spices (onion, Accent, pepper, parsley and garlic salt). Refrigerate the dip at least 4 hours so the seasonings can blend. Then enjoy with crunchy dippers like chips or raw veggies.
