MOTHER'S LEMON COCONUT FLAKE CAKE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 
Mix dry
     lemon cake mix
     small box lemon jello
Mix in & beat after each
     3/4 c. oil
     3/4 c. apricot nectar
     4 eggs
Stir in 1 cup coconut flakes
 
Grease 13" x 9" cake pan & sprinkle sugar over the bottom.
Bake as directed on cake mix box, about 35 minutes.
 
Cover immediately after taking from oven with glaze: 
     1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
     juice of 2 lemons
