3 cups sugar
1 ½ sticks margarine (Parkay)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 12 oz pkg. Nestle’s semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar Kraft marshmallow cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Combine sugar, margarine and milk. Cook on high, stirring constantly, until comes to a full rolling boil. Then lower to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes (keep stirring!). Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla and stir until blended completely. Add pecans. Pour into greased pan (I use margarine). I have also found that if you don’t use Kraft marshmallow cream or Parkay margarine, it doesn’t taste as good!
