THe cheerleaders will be hosting a Powder Puff
football game on Thursday May 21st from 5-7pm, it is
open to any girl in CHS, you can sign up in the main
office until Wednesday 5/13/09. Any CHS boy student
who would like to sign up for a coach or referee can
also sign up in the main office.
The letter jacket lady will be here Thursday May 14,
from 11:30 to 1:00pm for any athlete who is receiving
a letter jacket. Athletes can pick up a packet from
their coach.
Any student interested in being a student athletic
trainer for next year needs to pick up an application
from the office and return the completed form to Mrs.
Coy in the field house by May 15.
Any student needing make up hours, they have been
extended to May 23rd.
Carthage High School is making a transition from PLATO
to A+ computer program for credit recovery. Any
student who has not completed PLATO work by May 29
will have to begin the course from the beginning in
the new program. Students who have used PLATO in the
past and want to use it instead of the new program
should be taking advantage of the after school hours
now to complete credit recovery plans made with one of
the high school counselors.
