February 20—23—Retest for TAKS

April 11  8:00 a.m.  Academic Awards Assembly for those completing the Recommended or DAP Graduation Program or on the Regular High School Graduation Program and completing the fourth year of math AND science

April 17—20—Retest for TAKS

April 19  7:50—10:00 a.m. Pick up graduation invitations, etc.

May 7—May 18  AP exams

May 15  Awards assembly 8:00 a.m. 

              Scholarship assembly 6:00 p.m.

May 18  Senior final exam 7^th  period

May 21  Senior final exams periods 4-6

May 22  Senior final exams periods 1-3

               Pond swim 3:45 p.m.

May 23  Clearance 9:00 a.m. in auditorium

May 24  Graduation practice 9:00 a.m. in auditorium

May 25  Graduation practice 9:00 a.m. at stadium

              Graduation  7:00 p.m. gathering

                                  8:00 p.m. ceremony

              Pick up diplomas after the ceremony

Participation in graduation ceremonies is not mandatory to receive a diploma.  Diplomas may be picked up at CHS the week following graduation.  If a student wishes to participate in the ceremony, he or she MUST ATTEND CLEARANCE AND BOTH GRADUATION PRACTICES.
